Description AT160 is a surface cleaner and primer for non-porous substrates (e.g. metal, glass and plastics) and will remove oil, grease and dust. This provides a suitable surface to improve the adhesion of sealants and adhesives, particularly illbruck hybrid sealants. Colour Transparent Technical Information Property Thin liquid Drying Time In all cases, ensure the primer is dry before applying the sealant Store in dry shaded conditions between +5°C and +25°C. Shelf Life 12 months when stored as recommended in original unopened packaging. Protective Equipment USE IN WELL VENTILATED CONDITIONS and ensure all recommended protective equipment is worn during handling & use of this product. For full recommendation, refer to safety data sheets. • Clean the substrate initially with a cloth, then soak a Usage / Purpose second cloth and apply AT160 to the substrate, wiping clean before evaporation of the product. Replace cloths regularly. • Close the container immediately after use and protect from humidity. • Drying time will be increased in lower temperatures and decreased in higher temperatures, and will also depend on humidity. The time indicated in the technical information table above is based on +23°C & 50% RH. • Consumption will vary depending on depth of the joint. • Quickly remove any spilt primer with a cloth.
