Description AT150 is a primer for non-porous substrates to improve adhesion of illbruck hybrid sealants and adhesives. Protective Equipment USE IN WELL VENTILATED CONDITIONS and ensure all recommended protective equipment is worn during handling & use of this product. For full recommendation, refer to safety data sheet. Preparation • Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, oil, etc. • Clean the surfaces, if necessary, with a suitable cleaning agent, thinner, etc., such as AT115 or AT200. Application • Pour a small amount of primer into a separate container, keeping the original container tightly closed at all times. • Apply a thin coat of primer with a cloth or felt pad. Alternatively a brush can be used, whilst ensuring a thin coat is applied. • The primer must be applied within two hours of decanting into a separate container. • Drying time is about 15 minutes, depending on ambient temperature, humidity and substrate. • If the primer is exposed to excessive humidity, it crystallizes and has reduced effectiveness. • Only apply sealant to primer which is touch dry. AT150 Primer for Non-Porous Substrates Usage / Purpose Store in shaded, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C. AT150 Primer is for use on hard and non-absorbent surfaces to improve the adhesion of illbruck hybrid sealants and adhesives.
