GLASS CUTTING Two JUMBO BOTTERO GERMANY lines with automatic loading for 6000x3210 mm sheets are available for both float glass and duplex glass. Glass optimization and cutting are fully automated, with minimal tolerances ensured by German precision. We are going to put 3 new cutting lines into operation: two for monolithic and duplex glass, and one cutting line for glass with maximum dimensions of 9000x3210 mm.

EDGE POLISHING Our state-of-the-art equipment finishes float glass with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 25mm and duplex (laminated) glass, providing edges with a matte or glossy finish, with beveling according to customer requirements, regardless of shape and size: • BAVELLONI VE500-V10 line, which can be adjusted to achieve a variable edge of 0-45°. • Three double edger lines for finishing the edges of rectangular panels in a single pass. With 4 vertical work centers from CMS and a horizontal CNC from Bavelloni, we automatically execute all necessary operations with precision and minimal deviations: • Cutting and edge finishing • Drilling and cutouts • Processing complex shap

The quality of this process is very important to avoid breaking glass during the tempering process (especially with large dimensions) or during installation (particularly in the case of mechanical fastenings and hardware mounting). We are also set to put into operation a horizontal CNC for drilling and cutting glass with maximum dimensions of 9000x3210 mm.

We specialize in manufacturing quality tempered glass (3-19mm) utilizing cutting-edge technology for uniform and controlled glass heating, along with a high-performance “full convection” system. Our tempering technology complies with European standards EN 12150-1 and EN 1863 for the HEAT SOAKED test (HST). Daily capacity: 1300-1500 sqm. We are planning to add 2 automated bending modules to our existing tempering furnaces and a line for tempering and bending (convex and concave) glass with maximum dimensions of 9000x3210 mm.

GLASS LAMINATION We execute a diverse range of laminated glass with EVA and PVB film, available in various thicknesses and finishes for interior and exterior applications. Additionally, we are KURARAY certified for manufacturing laminated products with Sentry film. The glass can be clear or colored, as well as enameled or printed to meet current architectural requirements. Large production capacity: approx. 600 sqm of laminated glass/day

Maximum dimensions: 6000x3210 mm We are in the process of installing the second autoclave for glass panels with maximum dimensions of 9000x3210 mm.

ENAMELING / PAINTING GLASS We have a professional ROLLMAC MULTIGLASS 2600/3 glass enameling line, capable of applying both, ceramic paint followed by glass toughening, as well as organic paint. • Multiple color possibilities from RAL, Pantone, and NCS palette. • Uniform paint application. • Ultra-clear glass for accurate color rendering. CERAMIC DIGITAL PRINT Equipped with the latest technology in the field, our VITRO JET FSB – TECGLASS printer, with JUMBO size of 6000x3200 mm, can reproduce any graphic design, pattern, or high-resolution image on glass. We use ceramic ink that ensures increased resistance to scratches, UV rays, humidity, and temperature variations due to the tempering of the glass after printing.
