Corten Lamp DESCRIPTION Nur is the lamp compared to a "memory box". This luminous object is the synthesis of the authors collection, who acquired the photographic medium during his visits to the oldest quarters of Cairo and Baghdad. Thus, the typical decorations of the "mashrabiyya", architectural element of the Middle Eastern houses used as a screen to filter the prying eyes coming from outside, are the source of inspiration for the designer Dino Lorusso; who, with NUR, combines photography, architecture and design . This corten steel lampshade has six carved surfaces, each with its own decorative design created by waterjet technology. The structure of the lamp is in painted steel to allow the user to customize the product, creating contrasts of colors that recall the intensity of the places that inspired it.
