Purpose
Fill-Flex is a ready-to-use, all-purpose flexible filler suitable for both new and renovated surfaces, applicable on interiors and exteriors. It can fill gaps up to 1cm.
Substrates
Fill-Flex can be applied to various substrates, whether painted or unpainted, including gypsum plaster, plaster tiles, plasterboards, mortars, old painted surfaces, concrete, cellular concrete, cement, breeze blocks, bricks, stones, and primed wood.
Overcoating
Fill-Flex can be overcoated with any type of filler, paint, or wall coating.
Physical and Technical Features
  • Ready mixed form for interior and exterior use, made of mineral extracts and selected resin.
  • Characterization: Family IV Class 4b (NFT 36-005).
  • Codification: G3S2V0W0A0C0R0 (EN 16-566).
  • Mixing rate: Ready to use.
  • Application thickness: Up to 1cm.
  • Capacity: 1kg fills 0.70L.
  • Setting time: Second coat can be applied once the filler is hard and dry to the touch.
  • Overcoating: Can be painted in 24 to 48 hours after complete drying.
  • Color: White.
  • Adhesion: Filler/substrate adhesion > 0.8 Mpa (EN 16-566).
Use and Storage Conditions
  • Application tools: Filling knife, trowel, or blade.
  • Remove excess filler with a wet sponge immediately after application.
  • Tool cleaning: Product residue can be rubbed off tools when dry; water cleaning is not necessary.
  • Preservation: Guaranteed for 12 months from purchase when stored in original sealed packaging away from sunlight and frost.

Available in cartridge (310ml) and tub (1kg).
