Product Description: This underlay is made from agglomerated cork, providing impact noise and thermal insulation for ceramic tiles and stone.

Physical and Mechanical Properties: According to ISO 7322, the specific weight is 150-200 Kg/m3, tensile strength is greater than 200 KPa, compression is 30%, recovery is greater than 90%, and it has a durability equal to the lifetime of the building.

Thermal Properties: As per ISO 8301, the thermal conductivity is 0.038 W/m°K, and thermal resistance is 0.132 m²°K/W.

Acoustical Results: The underlay achieves a noise reduction of ΔLw = 16dB, tested under ISO 140 & 717 standards.

Packaging: Standard size is 1m x 15m x 5mm, with other sizes available upon request.

Installation Instructions:

Room conditions should have a temperature above 10ºC and moisture content below 75%.
The subfloor must be structurally sound, clean, and level, with moisture content not exceeding 2.5% (CM) by weight.
Install a perimeter insulation barrier at least 35mm wide to prevent lateral noise propagation.
Unpack and store the AcoustiCORK T61 in the installation room 24 hours prior to installation.
Use a V-notched trowel and acrylic glue to adhere the underlay to the concrete slab, ensuring no trapped air and tight joints.
Do not mechanically fasten the underlay as it reduces acoustical performance.
