GENERAL INFORMATION To cope with the market needs for the systems which allows for diaphragm walls constructing TLC Group designed the discrete panels which meet expectations of the most demanding users. TLC offers discrete panels in 3 basic lengths: 6, 9 and 12 meters. Elements can be connect together to get the required length. FIRST ELEMENT ST2 - consists of the fixing end (boot) and female end (dock). The fixing end cut at 40 O angle allows for easy and stable placement at the bottom of excavation. The female end allows for mating with another elements. MIDDLE ELEMENT ST1 - consist of two female ends. It is used as a sequent elements to get the right length of panels to the excavation depth. HEAD ELEMENT ST3 - the last element of the system which allows to placing and removing all the elements. JOINING BOLTS S1 AND S2 - elements used as joints between particular elements of the WALLZIP system.
