Product Overview:
The Flow Stainless Steel Cubicles feature a full aluminium framework that is not visible from the front elevation. They can reach up to 2700mm in height with an 8mm floor gap. The cubicles include 43mm rebated doors for a flush finish, self-closing hydraulic closers, and pivoted doors with stainless steel fittings. The locks are precision-engineered, hand-turned in the UK, and can be opened with a closed fist. The core materials are sourced from legal and sustainable sources, and the product can meet NAUF criteria. An emergency release feature is included, and the product comes with a 10-year warranty.

Specifications:
- Overall Height: Up to 2700mm with 8mm floor clearance.
- Framework: Made from anodised aluminium alloy 6063T6 with a 5-micron anodised finish and 60% recycled content. The headrail is extruded and finished with 1mm stainless steel.
- Door: 43mm thick with a 40mm composite core panel, faced with 1.5mm stainless steel sheet. Concealed fixings attach the door to stainless steel pivot blocks.
- Fascia: 70mm thick with moisture-resistant MDF core panels, faced with 1mm stainless steel sheet.
- Divider: 27mm thick with a moisture-resistant chipboard core, faced with 1mm stainless steel sheet. Maximum depth without a butt joint is 1500mm, and with a butt joint, up to 1980mm.

Fittings:
The lock is made from 303 grade brushed stainless steel, hand-turned in the UK, and includes an emergency release facility. Dividers are fixed using concealed steel brackets and magnetic invisible fixings.

- Fascia: 1mm brushed stainless steel.
- Divider: 1mm brushed stainless steel.

Additional Information:
The product is tested for 300,000 operations, equating to a 15-year period in a medium-use washroom. It is made in the UK and also available in Flowlite, Glass, Wood Veneer, Aluminium, and HPL.
