NOTE: Aquire all relevant drawings, base plans and nailing schedules, and check compatibility with specific kit supply, prior to construction. 2. Construct finished concrete floor slab square and level to receieve timber frame. 3. Ensure all dimensions are adhered to rigidly. 4. Check that all damp proof and radon membranes are properly located. Repair any damage to membrane before concrete is poured. 5. Fit additional vertical stud where truss / joist are not supported. 3. Replace / repair any damage to sheathing. 4. Check that all wall panels are plumb and level before final fixing. 5.
