Returns must be pre-authorized in writing by Thermo Design. Authorization does not confirm the defect claim. Custom products cannot be returned.
The Italian text of the General Terms is the valid version. References to promotional materials are based on current data. Contract modifications must be in writing.
Disputes with Italian buyers are settled at the Court of Tivoli, while international disputes follow the Curia Mercatorum rules in Pordenone, conducted in Italian.
The General Terms of Sale replace previous versions. Prices are in Euros, excluding VAT. Thermo Design reserves the right to change product data without notice and disclaims responsibility for errors in published information.
