Unis par un même revêtement en bardage terre cuite, les deux édifices se différencient simplement par la teinte des quelques 7 800 bardeaux. Blancs émaillés mats pour l’hôtel, gris clair pour les bureaux, ils ont été posés sur l’ensemble des façades… à la verticale !
