Overview of the Wal Series
The new "Wal" series, designed by Francesco Polare, features a freestanding bathtub and countertop washbasin characterized by sinuous and symmetrical shapes. Made from Pietraluce®, the series combines elegance and simplicity with enveloping lines that provide comfort and well-being for a human-sized bathroom.

Material Details: Pietraluce®
Pietraluce® is a composite material made of hydrated alumina, titanium dioxide, and polyester resin, coated with a thick layer of ISO-NPG resin. This gives it brilliance, resistance, impermeability, and anti-limescale properties. It is resistant to acids, solvents, and cleaning liquids, has antibacterial properties, and is non-flammable and self-extinguishing. Scratches or stains can be removed with a regular polishing paste, and small chips or deep incisions can be repaired using a maintenance kit. Pietraluce® can be cut and drilled with steel tools. The Mat version offers a more compact surface compared to competing materials, with no porosity or impurities, making it less prone to dirt and easier to clean. It also offers greater resistance to acids, solvents, and dyes, and can be produced in any color.
