Product catalog summary
Main Features: WD-100 is a monocomponent, quick-setting adhesive with high performance and flexibility, designed for parquet flooring. It offers optimum workability and is available as a beige or walnut-colored paste.
Storage: The product should be stored for up to 12 months in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Fields of Use: Suitable for fixing indoor parquet types such as laminated, industrial, lamparquet, narrow strips, and pre-finished on substrates like cement-based screeds, plaster, cement-lime mortar, chipboard panels, heating floors, and masonite panels.
Nature of the Product: Contains elastomeric resins in watery dispersion, selected mineral charges, and specific additives.
Preparation and Application: Ensure wood is in hygrometric balance with the room. Check screed humidity (<2% or <0.5% anhydrite) using a carbide hygrometer. Apply adhesive with a trowel, ensuring strips contact the adhesive without gluing sides together. Leave an 8 mm gap from walls. The floor can be surfaced 15-20 days after fixing.
Warnings and Recommendations: Do not use on highly water-sensitive wood, non-absorbent substrates, anhydrite substrates, or outdoors. Do not add anything to the product.
Consumption: 800/1000 g/m² depending on substrate conditions and thickness applied.
Technical Data: Application temperature: +15°C to +30°C. Wood-concrete bond: > 3 N/mm². Open time: 30 min. Thermal resistance: -30°C to +60°C. Treadable after 48 hours, surfacing after 15-20 days.
Specification: Parquet must be fixed with a quick-setting, monocomponent adhesive in watery dispersion, such as TECHNOKOLLA's WD-100.
