How to Prepare the Mixture
Mix KALOX-G with approximately 10 liters of clean water per 20 kg bag until homogeneous and lump-free. Use a blender at low speed (approx. 500 rpm).
Application Operations
The substrate must be clean and dry with less than 3% humidity. Apply with a smooth steel trowel in coats up to 3 mm thick. Successive coats should be applied while the previous ones are still damp. Smooth with a wet trowel for a mirror-finish effect.
Consumption
Approximately 0.9 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.
Warnings and Recommendations
Do not apply outdoors, in damp places, on non-absorbent substrates, or in coats thicker than 3 mm. Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
