RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES HOW TO PREPARE THE SUBSTRATE Concrete substrates must be sandblasted or roughened by mechanical means so as to remove the lactim and obtain a finely rough and absorbent surface. Weak concrete must be removed and surface defects like air holes in the casting and other pockets must be completely bared.
