Nature of the Product: AIRES consists of high-strength cements, selected silicon/quartz mineral charges, and specific additives.
Preparation and Application: Before application, small hollows in concrete can be leveled with AIRES 36-48 hours prior. For thicker layers, use RASO or RASORAPID. Blend AIRES with approximately 6.45 liters of clean water until homogeneous. Use a low-speed blender to maintain mechanical characteristics. The mixture should rest for 5-10 minutes before a brief stir and application.
Warnings and Recommendations: Apply two coats for tiles 900 cm² or larger. Do not apply to metal or old tiles outdoors, or at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C. Avoid using in industrial environments or swimming pools. Recommended accessories include a 6x6 mm or 8x8 mm trowel and a white rubber mallet.
Technical Data: The curing time is 10 minutes, with a pot life of 5 hours and an open time of 30 minutes. The adhesive is treadable after 24-36 hours, with floor tiles grouted after 24-36 hours and wall tiles after 6-8 hours. The surface can be used after 14 days. It meets various EN standards for tensile strength and deformation.
Specification: AIRES is a class C2TE S2 cement-based powder adhesive per EN 12004, suitable for layers up to 4 mm thick on cement-based substrates.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES HOW TO PREPARE THE MIXTURE Blend AIRES with approximately 6.45 l of clean water. Blend until mixture is homogeneous and lump-free. It is advisable to use blender at low speed (approx. 500 rpm) as high speed will reduce the mechanical characteristics of the product. Wait 5-10 minutes, then stir the product briefly again before applying. The creamy paste obtained can be easily applied by trowel and possesses optimum thixotropy.
