Product catalog summary
Main Features: AIR-ONE is an ultra-high efficiency, ultra-light monocomponent powder adhesive with high polymeric content, designed for fixing ceramic tiles. It is frost-proof, has no creep, and offers extended open time. Available in white or grey powder, it should be stored in a dry place for up to 12 months.
Fields of Use: Suitable for fixing all types of ceramic tiles, including large sizes, on indoor and outdoor walls and floors. It can be used for over-tiling on old ceramic tiles without primer and is ideal for high-performance applications such as industrial environments, swimming pools, and facades. It is also suitable for laying cladding materials on heated screeds.
Substrates: Compatible with cement-based plaster, cement-lime mortar, gypsum-based plaster (with PRIMER-T), anhydrite screeds (with PRIMER-T), cement-based screeds, concrete, aerated concrete, old ceramic floors, old linoleum floors, PVC, vinyl (with PRIMER-101), plasterboard, and the RASOLASTIK and RASOGUM ranges.
Preparation and Application: Mix grey AIR-ONE with approximately 8.6 liters of water and white AIR-ONE with 8.8 liters of water until homogeneous. Use a low-speed blender to maintain mechanical properties. The mixture should rest for 5-10 minutes before a brief stir and application. Recommended trowel sizes are 6x6 mm, 8x8 mm, and 10x10 mm, with corresponding consumption rates of 2 kg/m², 2.5 kg/m², and 3 kg/m² respectively.
Technical Data: The adhesive has a curing time of 10 minutes, a pot life of 6 hours, and an open time of 30 minutes. It is treadable after 24-36 hours and can be grouted after the same period for floor tiles, and 4-6 hours for wall tiles. The surface is usable after 14 days, or 21 days for tanks and swimming pools. It meets the EN 12004 standard with a transverse deformation of 2.7 mm and initial tensile strength of 1.9 N/mm² for grey and 1.7 N/mm² for white.
Warnings and Recommendations: Avoid application on metal or old tiles outdoors. Do not use at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C, or in layers thicker than 6 mm. Always apply two coats for tiles larger than 900 cm².
Additional Information: Users are advised to conduct preliminary tests to ensure product suitability and to check for the most recent technical data sheet on the Technokolla website.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES HOW TO PREPARE THE MIXTURE Blend grey AIR-ONE with approximately 8.6 l of clean water (43±1%). Blend white AIRONE with approximately 8.8 l of clean water (44±1%). Blend until mixture is homogeneous and lump-free. It is advisable to use blender at low speed (approx. 500 rpm) as high speed will reduce the mechanical characteristics of the product. Wait 5-10 minutes, then stir the product briefly again before applying. The creamy paste obtained can be easily applied by trowel and possesses optimum thixotropy. WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS It is always advisable to apply two...
