KINESIS CLASS is ideal for small group training, allowing trainers to personalize the workout and motivate each participant. Technogym provides a large library of programs that will inspire trainers to create targeted workouts for anyone from a beginner to a professional athlete.

FORMAT This format enables up to 8 people to train together and perform a heart rate-driven workout based on their fitness levels and goals. SET UP The Teambeats™ app makes it easy to set up the class. Trainers can manage performance metrics, time and music from the UNITY™ SELF kiosk in a simple, efficient manner. MOTIVATION The app is connected to a large screen that displays different metrics (heart rate, % heart rate max, MOVEs and calories) to bring out the team spirit and competition in everyone.
