ALUMINUM FRAME COMPATIBLE WITH PROFILES ■ PRODUCT SPECIFICATION: We recommend bonding, doweling, or optionally filling the frame profiles with a self-leveling compound. The names of the structural profiles and their compatible frames are the same, and the top edges of the frame and the mat align. The width of the visible upper section is 4.5 mm. The cut frames (recommended cutting angle 45°) are joined using galvanized steel corner brackets bent at a 90° angle. The bracket is fastened with M6 threaded screws using a hex key, tightened through the holes in the bracket to the first resistance point provided by the frame wall. The product is made of aluminum (alloy EN AW-6063), like the structural profiles of the mats.
