This access floor system combines lockable 'medium grade' Unifix® panels within a stringerless understructure. The panel and understructure unite to provide a rigid access floor membrane that provides easy underfloor access and a very stable surface. The finished access floor has a 'bare' panel surface finish ready to accept on­site floor covering supplied by others. DESCRIPTION OF TC750U­II PANEL Tascor® ­ 'Medium Grade' Unifix® access floor panel. The 600mm x 600mm TC750U panel is manufactured using a steel/concrete composite construction. A hard precision­sized steel outer­shell is filled with a concrete composite core to provide strength, acoustic rating and fire resistance. The resulting medium grade panel is a structural element that provides excellent performance and durability for a wide range of applications. Also, the unique corner design of the Unifix® panel works in tandem with the Unifix® understructure to lock the access floor system in position, from above ­ by corner fixing screws, and from below ­ by the understructure location lugs. This double locking system delivers an access floor that is strong, stable, secure and safe at a range of finished floor heights. TASMAN INSTALLATION & PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE The finished access floor will be rigid, free from vibration and rocking panels within a ± 3mm level over the entire space. Panels will be accurately cut to fit around all permanent features. All whole panels will be completely interchangeable allowing for any future changes. The access floor will maintain these original conditions when sufficient panels have been removed for normal underfloor access.
