This access floor system combines 'heavy grade' Freelay panels within a stringerless understructure to allow quick and easy underfloor access for the completion of frequent tasks within the plenum. The panels are securely gravity-held at the corners by understructure location lugs to provide a stable and rigid access floor system with easy underfloor access. The finished access floor has a 'bare' panel surface finish ready to accept on-site floor covering supplied by others. DESCRIPTION OF TC1000F PANEL Tascor® - 'Heavy Grade' Freelay access floor panel. The 600mm x 600mm TC1000F panel is manufactured using a steel/concrete composite construction. A heavy-duty precision-sized steel outer-shell is filled with a concrete composite core to provide strength, acoustic rating and fire resistance. The resulting heavy grade panel is a structural element that achieves maximum strength and durability for a wide range of 'frequent access' applications. TASMAN INSTALLATION & PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE The finished access floor will be rigid, free from vibration and rocking panels within a ± 3mm level over the entire space. Panels will be accurately cut to fit around all permanent features. All whole panels will be completely interchangeable allowing for any future changes. The access floor will maintain these original conditions when sufficient panels have been removed for normal underfloor access.
