Homogeneous Vinyl How do we recycle post-use* homogeneous vinyl? The flooring is granulated, washed to remove residues and glue, dried and safely reintroduced into our supply chain. Carpet Tiles How do we recycle post-use Ecobase® carpet tiles? At our recycling centre in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, we separate yarn and backing. Yarn is sent to be recycled by our partner Aquafil and later transformed into regenerated ECONYL® nylon yarn. Backing is shredded and transformed into paste. How do we recycle linoleum? We collect clean post-installation off-cuts and post-use linoleum flooring, sending them back to our Narni Plant, in Italy, for recycling. Jute backing is easily separated and used on site as thermal fuel, while linoleum paste from installation offcuts, is micronised into high quality raw materials and used to produce new Tarkett Linoleum; linoleum paste from post-use is micronised to become a filler for new Tarkett Linoleum or other products. Heterogeneous Vinyl How do we recycle Acczent Excellence Genius 70 ? We collect clean post-installation off-cuts or post-use flooring, sending them to one of our dedicated sorting partners before shredding and granulating them into high quality raw materials at our centre in Clervaux, Luxembourg. Luxury Vinyl Tiles How do we recycle iD Square? We collect both clean post installation off-cuts and post-use waste. Collected flooring* is shredded and micronised at one of our partners, facilities.
