Dampers The dampers used in Danvent DV comply with EN 1751 sealing class 3. They have contra-rotating aerodynamically formed aluminium blades that ensure a low pressure loss when open. The blades are equipped with special rubber sealing strips between the blades themselves and the frame, to prevent air getting in. For very cold areas, the blades can also be insulated. The dampers ensure a long and trouble-free operation, as the blades are mounted on sturdy square profile shafts and service-free synthetic bearings with large bearing surfaces.
