Sywawa parasols - SHADYLACE
The SHADYLACE and SHADYLACE XL are parasols designed by Chris Kabel for Sywawa in partnership with Droog design. They are available in two sizes: Ø 245 cm and Ø 350 cm, respectively.
- Fabric: Lace design with various polyamide colors.
- Frame: Anodized aluminum with a natural color, no tilt feature. The SHADYLACE has a pole diameter of Ø 32 mm, while the SHADYLACE XL has Ø 35 mm.
- Ribs: Both models have 8 steel ribs, metallized and coated, with a diameter of Ø 4.0 mm.
- Dimensions: The SHADYLACE has a height of 243 cm when open or closed, with a shade area of approximately 4.71 m². The SHADYLACE XL has a height of 261 cm when open or closed, with a shade area of approximately 9.62 m².
- Weight: SHADYLACE weighs 4.0 kg, and SHADYLACE XL weighs 7.0 kg.
- Packaging: SHADYLACE is packaged in dimensions of 140 x 15 x 15 cm, and SHADYLACE XL in 275 x 21 x 12 cm.
- SHADYLACE: White polyester.
- SHADYLACE XL: Green polyester with acrylic/teflon coating, highly UV-resistant.
- Standard Base Rondo is recommended, with optional extra weight for increased stability.
- Wind resistance is rated at 5 BFT (38 km/h - 24 mph).
- Other base options include Coupe, Cube, and Luna.
- Light Quaseo, Bla Bla table, and Coupe + Bla Bla table are available as accessories.
- Always install the base on a horizontal and flat surface.
- The SHADYLACE Ø 245 cm fits in any standard base for parasols up to Ø 245 cm with poles of Ø 32 mm, requiring a minimum base size of Ø 50 cm or 45x45 cm and a minimum weight of 20 kg.
- The SHADYLACE XL fits in any standard base for parasols up to Ø 3.5 m with poles of Ø 35 mm, requiring a minimum base size of Ø 50 cm or 45x45 cm and a minimum weight of 40 kg.
