LPMA

Product catalog summary
General Overview
The LPMA fans are designed for both air conditioning and industrial applications. They offer an air flow range up to 7 m3/s (25,000 m3/h) and a pressure increase up to 600 Pa. Two models are available: LPMA-1 for wall mounting and LPMA-6 for duct connection. The fan motor is located in the air flow, limiting the air temperature to 40°C. The air must not contain aggressive or explosive components. Standard operation is 3-phase.

Speed Regulation
LPMA fans can be used for stepless speed regulation in certain cases.

Design
LPMA-1: Features a 3-phase asynchronous motor on a strong bracket, with a streamlined inlet wall ring and mounting lugs, made of galvanized sheet steel.
LPMA-6: Also features a 3-phase asynchronous motor on a strong bracket, with a galvanized sheet steel casing, connection flanges, inspection door, and cable entry.

Axial Fan Propellor
The propellor blades are made of plastic with a silumin hub, operating between –40°C and 80°C. A full silumin propellor is available for special cases.

Maintenance
Fans and motors should be checked for cleaning needs at least twice a year. Cleaning can be done using a vacuum or a mild, non-corrosive detergent.

Optional Accessories for LPMA-6
Includes protective louvre (GOCA), plastic flexible connection (POAA), and flange (FODA).

Motor Data
Details on motor sizes, rated output, and current for various speeds and voltages are provided. Dual-speed motors are Dahlander connected, and some motors can be speed regulated down to 100 V.

Dimensions
Dimensions for both LPMA-1 and LPMA-6 models are specified, including weight and size details for different fan sizes.

Specifications
Technical specifications include rated output, motor size, and current for different operational speeds and configurations.

LPMA-1

Instruction LPMA 1. General The LPMA fans are suitable for air conditioning as well as for industrial installations. The air flow range of the LPMA fan is up to 7 m3/s (25 000 m3/h),pressure increase up to 600 Pa (60 mm vp). The LPMA fan is available in two models: LPMA-1 for mounting to wall LPMA-6 for connection to duct The fan motor is located directly in the air flow. Therefore the temperature of the transported air is limited to 40°C. The air must not contain aggressive or explosive components. The fan is, as standard, manufactured for 3-phase operation. The LPMA fans can, in some cases, be used for stepless speed regulation. See next page. 3. Design LPMA-1 contains a 3-phase asynchronous motor, placed on a strong bracket. The wall ring has a stream lined inlet and is provided with four lugs for mounting to wall. Both wall ring and bracket are manufactured of galvanized sheet steel. LPMA-6 contains a 3-phase asynchronous motor, placed on a strong bracket. The casing is manufactured of strong galvanised sheet steel and is, in both ends, provided with connection flanges. The casing is provided with inspection door and cable entry. 6. Optional accessories LPMA-6: Protective louvre Plastic flexible connection Flange GOCA POAA FODA 4. Axial fan propellor The blades of the LPMA propellor are manufactured of plastic and its' hub is of silumin. The propellor has a temperature working range of –40°C up to 80°C. The propellor can, for special cases, be delivered completely in silumin. 5. Maintenance Check necessity of cleaning of fan and motor at least twice per year. Depending on the type of dirt the fan is vacuum cleaned or cleaned with a mild, non-corrosive detergent. The motor is brushed off or gently cleaned with a mild, non-corrosive detergent. Specifications are subject to alteration without notice.
