INFORMATION FCC is a very versatile climate control system with a fan at the top of the air duct to suck in air and press it down through the duct. As it travels down, the air is heated via heating elements and is made humid via the steam generator. The warm and humid air is blown out through the bottom part of the duct and sent out into the proving room via a guide plate.
