Battery Back-Up Panel Constant and Reliable Power for Aero Electric Skylights Product Description The Sunsquare PSU1 24V 7A Battery back-up panel is designed to provide the Aero Electric range of skylights with a constant power source in the event of any form of mains power failure. This will allow you to enjoy the full functionality of your skylight’s features, including opening and closing, along with any other automated controls included (rain sensor etc.) The panel has been cleverly engineered to intelligently charge the built-in battery from the normal 230V AC mains supply, only switching to ‘Emergency Mode’ in the event of power loss. Peace of mind is guaranteed as your skylight will be able to complete an average of 35 operating (open/close) cycles while running via ‘Emergency Mode,’ powered solely by the efficiency battery. The PSU1 panel will automatically revert to normal operation once the normal 230V AC mains power returns, allowing the battery to be recharged to full.
