Facial Dimensions – ASTM C-499-20 The average facial dimension(s) of each tile in the sample when measured as described in ASTM C-499-09 shall not vary more than +/- 2.0% from the nominal facial dimension(s). The range of facial dimensions of all tile in the sample shall not exceed +/-0.75% of the average facial dimension of the sample when measured according to ASTM C-499-20. Above referenced products fall well within ANSI Specification A137.1-2021 for this property. 2. Warpage – ASTM C485-16 When measured as described in ASTM C-485-09, the warpage of each tile in the sample shall not exceed +/- 1.5% along any edge nor +/- 1.0% along either diagonal. Above referenced products fall well within ANSI Specification A137.1 -2021 for this property. 3. Wedging – ASTM C502-16 Applicable to 6” x 6” and larger quarry tile. When measured as described in ASM C-50204, the wedging of each tile in the sample shall not exceed +/- 1.0%. Breaking Strength – ASTM C-648-20 When tested as described in ASTM C-648-20, the average breaking strength shall be 250 pounds or greater. Water Absorption – ASTM C-373-18 When tested as described in ASTM C-373-18, the tile in the sample shall have a water absorption not exceeding 5.0 percent. Dynamic Coefficient of Friction - ANSI A326.3-17 When tested as described in ANSI A236.3-17, DCOF measurements shall be equal to or greater than 0.42.
