General Cleaning Instructions:
1. Rinse the area with clean water and dry with a clean, lint-free cloth after using disinfectants and cleaners.
2. Clean the coated fabric periodically to maintain appearance and prevent dirt build-up.
3. Use a mixture of neutral pH liquid soap and water or approved cleaning products for coated fabrics.
4. Avoid using lacquers, strong cleaners, detergents, xylene-based solutions, acetone, or ketone (MEK) as they can damage the material.
Specific Stain Removal Procedures:
Step 1: For coffee, juice, red wine, sauces, chocolate, grease, crayon, and suntan lotion, remove excess spill with a damp cloth, clean with a 1:9 mix of neutral liquid soap and water, rinse, and dry.
Step 2: For make-up, use a straight application of neutral pH soap, wipe with a clean white cloth or soft brush, rinse, and dry.
Step 3: For blood, urine, faeces, and tough stains, use a 1:10 mix of Isopropyl alcohol and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
Note: Methods 2 & 3 are not recommended for everyday cleaning.
Important Considerations:
1. Use a soft white cotton cloth for cleaning and avoid abrasive materials.
2. Rinse thoroughly to prevent chemical residue which can cause discoloration.
3. The information provided is based on laboratory tests and may vary in actual conditions.
4. Spradling® Europe is not responsible for improper use of cleaning agents or failure to follow protocols.
5. Dye transfer from clothing and accessories is irreversible and not covered by Spradling® Europe.
Product-Specific Notes:
1. For PERMABLOK3® & PERMAGUARD® products, follow the cleaning steps but avoid Isopropyl alcohol.
