General Specifications
The suction excavator requires an 18-ton chassis with a 4500 mm wheelbase. It features a side tip hopper discharge with a height of 2.1 m and a 70-degree angle. The control system is CANBus with diagnostic and radio remote control. The compressed air system operates at 9 m3/min and 7 bar.

Capacities
The hopper capacity is 4 m3, and the fuel tank holds 390 liters, customizable per customer requirements. The hydraulic system is a 275 HydraDrive, and the rear power arm pivots 180 degrees with a range of 4,100 mm. The suction hose diameter is 250 mm.

Suction System
The system includes NMV direct drive and twin 900 mm diameter fans with variable speeds between 2400 RPM and 4000 RPM. It has a maximum volume of 42,000 m3/h and a maximum vacuum of 40,000 Pa. The filter system consists of 36 cartridge filters with an automatic cleaning system.

Safety and Lighting
Features include 3x IP67 E-stop control circuits, full 'Chapter 8'-compliant rear chevrons, multiple LED lights for visibility, and a bright yellow painted arm.

Hopper, Lid & Fan Enclosure
Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and mild steel with soundproofing material, painted in one solid color, and equipped with dual stabilizer legs.

Optional Equipment
Options include camera monitoring systems, radar reversing safety sensors, perimeter lighting, a high-pressure washing system, gas detection, and a rotary head.

Rear Hydraulic Articulated Power-Arm
Features a patent-pending hose rotation system with a 250 mm diameter and a 4.1 m range with 180° pivot.

Compressed Air
Includes a screw compressor and Jet Spade XT™ trenching tool, with retractable pneumatic hose reels for lubricated and clean air tools.

Electrical System
The system includes CAN-bus iSS, STODD, a 24-volt system, and IP67 rated connections.

Controls
The master control panel is within the fan enclosure, with iSS & STODD systems for function monitoring and fault detection. A secondary control panel is rear-mounted for operator convenience, and radio remote control is available.
