General Data
The suction excavator requires a 32-ton chassis with a 4800 mm wheelbase. It features a side tip hopper discharge with a height of 1556 mm and a 70-degree angle. The chassis engine must have a minimum of 335 kW/450 HP. The control system is a CANBus with diagnostic and radio remote control capabilities. The compressed air system operates at 9 m3/min and 7 bar.
Capacities
The hopper has a capacity of 12m3, and the fuel tank is customer-specific at 700 liters. The hydraulic system holds 200 liters, with an option for 275 liters with Hydradrive. The rear power arm pivots 180 degrees and has a range of 6000 mm. The suction hose diameter is 250 mm.
Suction System
The system can handle a maximum volume of 42,000 m3/h and a maximum vacuum of 40,000 Pa. It includes 40 cartridge filters with an automatic cleaning system. The system features a split-drive engine PTO, twin 900 mm diameter fans, and variable fan speeds between 2400 RPM and 4000 RPM. Options for belt drive or HydraDrive are available.
Safety and Lighting
Safety features include a 14m retractable earthing hose reel, three IP67 E-stop control circuits, and various LED lights for visibility and compliance with safety standards.
Hopper, Lid & Fan Enclosure
The hopper and lid are made from heavy-duty stainless steel, while the fan enclosures are mild steel with soundproofing. The equipment is painted in one solid color and includes dual stabilizer legs.
Optional Equipment
Options include camera monitoring systems, radar reversing safety sensors, perimeter lighting, a high-pressure washing system, gas detection, and a rotary head.
Rear Hydraulic Articulated Power-Arm
Features a patent-pending hose rotation system with a 250 mm diameter hose, 6m range, and 180-degree pivot.
Compressed Air
Includes a screw compressor and Jet Spade XT trenching tool, with retractable pneumatic hose reels for lubricated and clean air tools.
Electrical System
The system uses a 24-volt CAN-bus iSS and STODD for diagnostics, with IP67 rated connections.
Controls
The master control panel is within the fan enclosure, with a secondary panel for operator convenience. A radio remote control is located in the chassis cab.
