there’s no such thing as standing still at stickley Recently, one early Sunday morning, our offices in Manlius were flooded and many of us moved to temporary spaces. During this time we went through our files and started the sorting process. In our offices were mementos and memorabilia encompassing the nearly forty years since our family purchased Stickley, as well as many documents that predated us. We first came across the articles of incorporation of L. & J.G. Stickley and minutes of the early meetings dating back to the early 1900’s. While the flood was unsettling, it was heartwarming to witness the love, dedication and commitment of our team – with great skill, efficiency and good humor they worked tirelessly to bring back normalcy to our lives. We were reminded once more, that the Stickley story centers around the many talented individuals who make up the Stickley team.
