Porcelain is earth and is made up of Feldspar, Quartz and Kaolin. Feldspar is the main element in the production of glass. Quartz and Kaolin bring support, strength and the white color.̬ Porcelain is fired with 1300-1400C. Ь Porcelain is translucent, which means that it filters the light and when used in lighting fixtures produces an atmosphere of great warmth. The fire brings ̓life to the porcelain.
