Concentrator Photovoltaic Power Plant in Puertollano Puertollano, Castilla-La Mancha is a 680 kWp CPV Power Plant, part of a 3 MW CPV project and one of the first large-scale solar power plants in Europe to use highly efficient III-V multi-junction solar cells. In its four years of operation, data from Soitec’s CPV Systems has been closely monitored by ISFOC (Instituto de Sistemas Fotovoltaicos de Concentración CPV) and demonstrated the high availability and efficient energy production levels of Concentrix™ technology.
