ICE & GLASS ICE & GLASS è una gamma di pannelli e laminati rivestiti con lastre di PMMA metacrilato in spessore 3 mm di diversi colori. Ciascun colore di metacrilato può essere in finitura satinata, ICE, oppure lucida, GLASS. I supporti su cui viene applicato il metacrilato sono: • truciolare melaminico bianco spessore 8, 19, 25 mm per antine o pannellature • compact HPL bianco cuore nero 8 mm per tavolini o mensole con la costa a vista • laminato HPL 0,8 mm retro smerigliato per poterlo incollare, a freddo, su qualsiasi tipo di supporto. Gli spessori finali saranno 3 mm in più dello spessore dei supporti utilizzati. Il formato dei pannelli è 3000x1500 mm. La bordatura dei pannelli si può fare con un bordo a scelta fresando a 45° in modo da scoprire lo spessore del metacrilato. Il metacrilato ha dilatazioni termiche superiori ai pannelli base legno, quindi i pannelli di ICE & GLASS devono essere condizionati a temperatura ambiente prima di essere lavorati e bordati. ICE & GLASS ICE & GLASS is a range of panels and laminates surfaced with 3 mm thick PMMA methacrylate sheets in various colors. Each color of methacrylate can be supplied in satin finish, ICE, or glossy finish, GLASS. The methacrylate is bonded on various cores: • white melamine faced chipboard thickness 8, 19, 25 mm for cabinet doors or wall claddings • white compact HPL black core 8 mm for tables and shelves with the edge at sight • HPL 0,8 mm sanded back to be bonded, with cold pressing, to any substrate. The final board thickness will be 3 mm more than the thickness of the core. The size of the panels is 3000x1500 mm. The panels can be edged with any edge with a 45° machining, to reveal the methacrylate thickness. The methacrylate has higher thermal dilatations compared to wood base panels, for this reason the ICE & GLASS panels must be conditioned at room temperature before being processed.
