Technical file Polyclip® Plus 40/3- translucent multi-walled polycarbonate clip panel for fronts General product description : ® The Polyclip panel is developed for vertical applications for which thermal value, light transmission, solidity and easy installation are primordial. E.g. for translucent front finish of industrial buildings, shelters, sheds, inner tracks and sports centres but also for shed roofs, shopping centres and showrooms. The sheet is particularly appropriated for outside use. ® The Polyclip panel is a multi-walled polycarbonate sheet, with coextruded UV protection on the outside. The specific structures of the panel offer an explicit solidity in function of the application and impact resistance and resist wind pressure as under pressure in buildings. The panels are installed with aluminium profiles and auxiliary profiles without perforating the panels. The installation of the profiles occurs quickly and in a easy way with installation brackets in stainless steel or aluminium. ® Polyclip panels resist normal hail. All plastics, including polycarbonate, are permeable to vapour, which is a natural phenomenon that may cause condensation in the sheets. In some cases, this is unavoidable, but temporary.
