General Product Description:
Pergotop® is a sandwich panel composed of two lacquered aluminium sheets with polystyrene foam in between, offering insulation and weather resistance. It is suitable for outdoor use, particularly in conservatories and aluminium constructions. Pergotop® Acoustic includes an additional sound-absorbing layer. Pergotop-soft® features an extra UV-resistant sound-absorbing 'SOFT' layer to reduce contact noise from rain and hail, providing superior acoustic performance.

Installation and Availability:
The panels are installed similarly to transparent Polyclear® multiwalled sheets and are available in various color combinations: white/white, slate/white, and tile/white. They have a smooth surface that is easy to maintain.

Specific Characteristics:
  • Pergotop®:
    Available in Standard, Acoustic, and Super Acoustic types with thicknesses ranging from 16mm to 68mm. The sheet width is 1200mm or 1230mm, with weights from 4.7 kg/m² to 13.0 kg/m². U-values range from 1.80 to 0.44 W/m².K. Fire class ratings include B-s2,d0 (EU) and M1 (FR).
  • Pergotop-soft®:
    Available in Acoustic types with thicknesses of 32mm and 57mm. The sheet width is 1230mm, with weights from 6.4 kg/m² to 7.9 kg/m². U-values are 0.80 and 0.47 W/m².K. Fire class is noted as 'running'.

Acoustic and Fire Performance:
Pergotop-soft® offers superior contact noise reduction, conforming to NBN EN ISO 140-18:2006 standards. Fire classifications are provided according to EN 13501-1:2007 and French norms.

The sheet is especially appropriated for outside use due to its insulating value and its ® resistance against all kinds of weather conditions. Pergotop Acoustic has an extra sound absorbing layer. The ® Pergotop sheets are used for applications in e.g. conservatories and aluminium constructions. ® De Pergotop-soft has an extra UV-resistant sound absorbing ‘SOFT’-layer on the outside, thus softening the ® contact noise produced by rain and hail. This layer can also be added on the inside. Pergotop-soft has the best acoustic values. ® The sandwich panels are installed in the same way as the transparent Polyclear multiwalled sheets. The panels are available in white/white, slate/white and tile/white. The surface is smooth and easy in maintenance, on the outside as well as the inside.
