Cable grout

Cable grout

Product catalog summary
Introduction
This document provides technical specifications and guidelines for the use of cable grout in post-prestressed concrete girders, applicable to large construction projects such as railways, highways, bridges, nuclear power plants, and onshore wind turbine assemblies.
Specifications
  • Suitable for low-temperature pipeline grouting to enhance construction speed.
  • Effective for ambient temperatures above 10°C without curing and above 20°C with appropriate maintenance.
Features
  • Good fluidity with no bleeding or stratification.
  • Ensures full grouting with early strength and slight expansion.
  • Allows for one-time grouting with dense, pore-free slurry.
  • Prevents rusting of prestressed reinforcement and ensures firm bonding to concrete.
Technical Data
Includes epoxy resin grout specifications.
Construction Process
  • Conduct trial preparation to determine the optimal ratio, with a recommended dosage of 10% H-60a (H-60).
  • Use a high-speed mechanical mixer (minimum 1000 rpm) for mixing, following a specific sequence: water, grout, cement, then stir for 3-5 minutes.
  • Grouting should be done immediately after mixing using standard methods to ensure continuous pouring.
  • Protective gear such as gloves and goggles is required during construction.
  • Clean all tools and equipment with water after use.
Antifreeze Grouting Material Construction
  • Conduct grouting at the warmest time of day during winter, verifying pipeline temperature.
  • Formulate detailed construction measures based on environmental conditions and material characteristics.
  • Maintain a water material ratio not exceeding 0.33, ensuring even mixing and minimal water use.
  • Use hot water (not exceeding 60°C) to ensure slurry molding temperature is above 10°C.

Cable grout-1

Cable grout on post-prestressed concrete girder APPLICATION 1. This product is applicable to the construction of post tensioned bonded prestressed concrete duct grouting materials for railway, highway, bridge, nuclear power plant, onshore wind turbine assembly concrete tower and other large projects; 2. Pipeline grouting construction to improve construction speed under low temperature conditions; 3. Pipeline grouting construction at ambient temperature above 10 ℃ without curing; 4. Pipeline grouting construction in the environment above 20 ℃ under appropriate maintenance conditions. FEATURE 1. Good fluidity, no bleeding and no stratification 2. Full grouting, early strength and slight expansion; 3. It can be used for one-time grouting construction, and the slurry in the pipeline is dense without pores 4. The prestressed reinforcement shall not be rusted and firmly bonded to the concrete; PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS ■ Trial preparation shall be conducted before use to determine the best ratio. The recommended dosage of h-60a (H-60) is 10%. ■ Mixing: a high-speed mechanical mixer with a rotating speed of no less than 1000 rpm / min shall be used for mixing. The mixing sequence is as follows: first add water to the corresponding scale, open a mixer, evenly add grout, and then evenly add cement; After all the powder is added, stir for 3 ~ 5 minutes to press the slurry. TECHNICAL DATA ■ Grouting: grouting shall be carried out as soon as possible after mixing, and the usual method shall be adopted to ensure continuous pouring. ■ Protective measures: wear protective gloves and goggles during construction. ■ Cleaning: clean all construction tools and equipment with water. Construction of H-60B antifreeze grouting material Construction at 14 o'clock in winter. Grouting shall be carried out when the temperature is the highest in a day, and the temperature in the prestressed pipeline shall be verified. During construction, detailed construction measures shall be formulated according to environmental conditions and material characteristics. 1. The water material ratio shall not be greater than 0.33, and shall be fully and evenly mixed , and the water consumption shall be minimized on the basis of meeting the consistency of cement paste. 2. Mixing water: hot water not exceeding 60 ℃ shall be used to ensure that the molding temperature of the slurry is above 10 ℃.
