Cooking Method: The SILEX double contact grilling method heats food from both sides simultaneously, sealing pores and drastically reducing cooking times. Grill Features: The grill is constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a heat-resistant plastic handle. It offers a choice of flat or grooved non-stick plates made from cast aluminum. The upper and lower plates are monitored separately, and the grill includes a full digital controller for precise temperature and time regulation. A removable grease drip tray is also included.

GTTPowerSave® 10.10 - 30: 230 V, 3.0 kW, 340x220 mm grilling surface, 16 kg weight.
GTTPowerSave® 20.10 - 40: 400 V, 6.0 kW, 2x340x220 mm grilling surface, 30 kg weight.

Additional features include self-adjusting top plate height, sandwich spacer wings, and height-adjustable feet.

Special Features: The series offers variations with cast aluminum plates and includes accessories such as a spacer frame, sandwich frame, and a video-DVD with recipes and instructions.
