Product Structure
ALUCOBEST signage panels feature an LDPE core sandwiched between aluminum sheets of varying thicknesses (0.12 to 0.30mm). They offer a wide color range and come with a 5-10 year limited guarantee, depending on color, location, and coating type.

Panel thicknesses range from 2 to 4 mm, with aluminum skin thicknesses of 0.20/0.30 mm. The panels are available in various sizes, with specific dimensional tolerances. They exhibit properties like a modulus of elasticity of 70000 N/mm2 and a tensile strength of 145-185 N/mm2. Fire behavior is classified as B2 (DIN4102) and Class D (EN13501-1:2007).

Surface Properties
The panels have a paint thickness of over 16 microns, pencil hardness greater than HB, and gloss levels ranging from 20 to 80. They are resistant to boiling water and oil immersion.

COATING Polyester (PE) : Polyester achieves bright colors and high gloss as well as matt finishes with one coat applied during production. Commonly used for interior applications, signage and digital print. Our signboard ACM could be directly applied to screen print, UV print, spray and adhesive films. The gloss ranges from 20% to as high as 90%. FEVE: FEVE has superior durability, weather resistance, UV stability and chemical resistance when compared to Polyester paint. There are 2 coats of paint applied during production with polyurethane as the base and fluoropolymer on top for enhanced weather...
