4500 HEAVY DUTY SERIES ENTRANCE DOOR WITHOUT THERMAL BREAK MANUFACTURING PROCESS Regarding the daily use and/or the dimensions of the doors, they have strengthening. The profiles with a total thickness of 54.5mm have, at minimum 3 chambers (2 intermediate separations), that ensure profiles offer sufficient support and rigidity. As for glazing bead, the architect will appreciate a choice of different styles, such as moulded, rounded or simply straight at a sharp angle. Maximum dimensions of peripheral aluminium: - 149mm around outer edges - 178mm for the central overlap o a door with two leaves. FITTING Elements will be fitted in compliance with the architect’s plans, either: Construction: by fitting special profiles to the fixed frame that adapt it to the thickness of the insulation (jambs and upper cross rail) and adding cover strips on the inside (selection of dimensions and styles); Renovation: by incorporating jacks into the fixed frame to facilitate fitting and adjusting; external cladding on request; cover strips for interior finish (selection of dimensions and styles). Fixed frame and opening profiles must be tubular with sections calculated to resist stress generated by the location of the building project, the frequency of daily use and the size of the door. To ensure that profiles offer sufficient support and rigidity, they must be at least 54.5mm. Glazing of a maximum thickness of 36mm is maintained by clip-on glazing bead.
