Installation Details:
The ceiling void must be at least 100 mm for panel installation. Angle profiles are screwed to the wall after marking the lowest level. The Delta Line system requires the suspension channel to be set up in a square form. The distance between the angle and the first notch on the carrier should be half the pitch width. The first suspension set is placed a maximum of 300 mm from the angle. For short side dismantling, the suspension channel is placed every 1200 mm, and for long side dismantling, every 600 mm. A suspension channel splice is used where channels need to be joined. Connections between the first installed channel and others are made using screws. The panel is connected to the suspension channel using a spring wire and then hung using the hanging wire.
