Technical Characteristics:
The SepLux polycarbonate panel features a 10 mm triple-wall section with a width of 1250 mm. It is lightweight at 2.6 kg/m² and offers 78% light transmission. The panel has a heat transmittance of K = 2.56 (Kcal/h m² °C) and U = 3.00 W/(m² K). It can bend to a minimum radius of 2000 mm and has a linear expansion of 0.065 mm/m °C. The service temperature ranges from -40° to +120° °C. It is self-extinguishing with a fire reaction class of 1 and has enhanced resistance to hail and load, supporting up to 120 kg. Available in transparent, opal, smoke, blue, and green colors, it provides noise reduction of Rw = 23 dB according to ISO standards.

Product Description:
The co-extruded multi-wall polycarbonate sheet is UV-protected on one side and guaranteed for 10 years against aging. It is reinforced for greater impact and hail resistance, making it suitable for bent and flat roofs, as well as vertical structures like windows and partitions.

Specifications:
The sheets are supplied for roofs, walling, vertical glazing, and skylights. They are 1250 mm wide, UV-protected, and reinforced on one side. The thickness is 10 mm with a coplanar and double chamber design. The panels are self-extinguishing Class B S1 d0 and available in various finishes.

Resistance Data:
- Vertical resistance (width 1250 x 1300 h): External pressure resistance is 180 kg/m², internal pressure resistance is 160 kg/m².
- Vertical resistance with bent pitch 625 mm: External pressure resistance is 245 kg/m², internal pressure resistance is 150 kg/m².
- Vertical resistance with bent pitch 1250 mm: External pressure resistance is 130 kg/m², internal pressure resistance is 100 kg/m².
