Product Overview:
Polyglass is a shatter-proof synthetic glass known for its exceptional transparency and ease of workability. It is 800 times tougher than traditional glass and is self-extinguishing, meeting the M2 standard NF P 92-507. The product is 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Storage and Handling:

  • Avoid sliding sheets over one another to prevent striping.

Working and Installation:
  • Can be processed by sawing, cutting, drilling, milling, printing, bonding, and welding.
  • For cutting, use a SEDPA cutter, craft knife, scroll saw, or fine-toothed saw.
  • For drilling, use metal or wood bits, allowing 1.5mm for expansion.
  • Leave an expansion joint of approximately 3mm per linear meter.
  • Use foam or rubber gaskets for anti-vibration in framing.

Maintenance:
  • Clean with a rag soaked in mild detergent.

STORAGE POLYGLASS has a high shine, is shock resistant and lightweight (half the weight of glass), and is food safety approved. It is easily processed, and can be sawn, cut, drilled, milled, printed on, bonded and welded. It bends easily, both cold and hot. Polyglass sheets should be stored indoors, The sheets and protective film must not be exposed to the sun or rain. If stored vertically, the sheets must be stored at 90º, and must be supported along their entire length. HANDLING We recommend that the sheets are not allowed to slide other one another in order to prevent striping.
