Product Overview:
Polyglass is a shatter-proof synthetic glass known for its exceptional transparency and ease of use. It is 800 times tougher than traditional glass and is self-extinguishing, meeting the M2 standard NF P 92-507. The product is 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Advantages:

Cold and hot bending capabilities without the need for after-stoving in thermoforming.
Can be easily worked with tools such as nails, screws, drills, saws, and staples.

Applications:

Suitable for use in windows, safety glass, display cabinets, framing, forcing tunnels, greenhouses, skylights, roofing, dome roofs, and shields.

Storage and Handling:

Polyglass sheets should be stored indoors, protected from sun and rain.
If stored vertically, sheets must be at a 90º angle and supported along their entire length.
Avoid sliding sheets over one another to prevent striping.

Working and Installation:

Can be cut using a SEDPA cutter, craft knife, scroll saw, or fine-toothed saw.
Drilling requires metal or wood bits, allowing 1.5mm for expansion.
Leave an expansion joint of approximately 3mm per linear meter during installation.
Use foam or rubber gaskets for anti-vibration in framing.

Maintenance:

Clean with a rag soaked in mild detergent.
