Product Overview:
ONDOBITUME® corrugated bitumen sheets are designed for both professional and DIY use. They are durable, easy to handle, economical, and environmentally friendly, being free from asbestos and toxic substances. These sheets are suitable for various building components and are available in four colors: black, green, brown, and tile red.

Total Impermeability: Ensures water tightness
Frost Resistance: No cracks or crevasses
Coefficient of Linear Thermal Expansion: As per ASTM D696
Refractive Index: 22% (ISO 489)

Installation Guidelines:

Cut sheets to the required length using a fine-toothed or circular saw.
Lay sheets across roof crossbeams with an overlap of one corrugation.
Use rust-proof fasteners spaced every three or four corrugations.
Fix the edge of the sheets at the gutter every two corrugations.
Ensure good finishing and water tightness by installing foam sealing strips.

Recommendations:

Ensure good ventilation to prevent condensation.
Minimize roof traffic; use a plank or ladder to distribute load.

Roof Pitch and Overlap Specifications:

Distance Between Purlins: 460 mm maximum for pitches 7 to 15 degrees; 620 mm for greater than 15 degrees.
Transversal Overlap: 20 cm for 7 to 10 degrees; 14 cm for 10 to 15 degrees and greater.
Longitudinal Overlap: 1 corrugation; 2 corrugations at fascia board if pitch is greater than 15 degrees.

Guarantee and Conditions:
ONDOBITUME® sheets come with a 15-year guarantee. Replacement is provided free-of-charge for goods broken during the guarantee period, provided installation conditions and recommendations are followed, and proof of purchase is returned within 15 days.
