FIBROLUX

Product catalog summary
Product Overview: FIBROLUX is a translucent, shock-resistant material reinforced with glass fibre, available in corrugated and flat polyester resin sheets and rolls. It is designed for industrial and agricultural roofing, lighting, cladding, greenhouses, shelters, and canopies. The material is known for its UV stability, resistance to climatic variations, and environmental aggression.
Specifications: The sheets have a density of 1.4 Kg/m2, water absorption of 20%, flexural strength of 120 Kg/cm2, and tensile strength between 900-1000 Kg/cm2. They operate within a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C and have a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.22 Kcal/mmh°C.
Installation Guidelines: Cut sheets to the required length using shears or a fine-toothed saw. Lay them across roof crossbeams with an overlap of one or two corrugations. Use rust-proof fasteners spaced every three or four corrugations, and ensure moderate tightening. Fix the edge of the sheets at the gutter every two corrugations.
Maintenance: Cleaning can be done using a pressure pump at reduced pressure with cold water. Proper ventilation is essential to prevent overheating.
Guarantee: A 10-year guarantee is provided under conditions that include adherence to installation guidelines and exclusive use in traditional roofing and cladding applications. Proof of purchase must be returned within 15 days.
Storage Recommendations: Sheets should be stored and transported flat, protected from humidity and sunlight, and covered with an opaque tarpaulin to prevent the greenhouse effect.
Technical Properties: The material exhibits high light transmission (83% natural, 76% green) and has a modulus of elasticity in flexion of 60,000 Kg/cm2.

CUTTING OUT Cut the FIBROLUX sheets to the required length using shears or with a fine-toothed saw blade. Lay the sheets across the roof crossbeams with an overlap of one or two corrugations. For installing the sheets, use rust-proof fasteners spaced regularly every three or four corrugations. Moderately tighten the fasteners after the fixing attachments have been installed. Check the effectiveness the seal ring by leaving the sheets to expand freely. Fix the edge of the sheets at the gutter every two corrugations Remove the surplus with shears or a fine-toothed saw blade. 1 2 3 4 SEDPA France...
