RUBIS Style Range
The Rubis Style range consists of electric modular deck ovens designed for traditional baking of pastries and bread. These ovens are available in configurations with 2, 4, or 6 tray modules, each measuring 400x600 mm, and can be stacked up to 4 levels. They can be combined with Topaze Style convection ovens to create scalable and compact baking solutions.
Technical Specifications
The Rubis Style ovens are available in different models: R2, R4, and R6. Each model has specific features:
- R2: 1 door, 1-3 levels, 0.6 m² baking surface, accommodates 2 trays of 400x600 mm or 460x660 mm.
- R4: 2 doors, 1-3 levels, 1.3 m² baking surface, accommodates 4 trays of 400x600 mm or 460x660 mm.
- R6: 2 doors, 1-4 levels, 1.7 m² baking surface, accommodates 6 trays of 400x600 mm.
Design and Ergonomics
The ovens feature a brushed stainless steel front, easy-to-clean corners, and smooth surfaces. The glass doors are made of 6 mm tempered glass, providing excellent visibility during baking. The ovens are designed for easy maintenance with front-accessible heating elements.
Accessories and Options
Available accessories include a hood with a stainless steel extractor, stainless steel base, proofer, integrated loader-elevator, and condenser for premises without external evacuation. The ovens can be equipped with a steam generator for enhanced baking quality.
Control and Functionality
The ovens come with a new control panel featuring a real-time clock, programmable baking start, and independent lighting. The temperature of the roof and deck can be adjusted separately, allowing for precise control over the baking process.
Flexibility and Scalability
Rubis Style ovens are compact and versatile, suitable as main or backup ovens. They can be expanded with additional modules without disrupting production, offering flexibility for growing baking needs.
