Technical Specifications
The QUARTZ range convection ovens feature five levels with a spacing of 75 mm between them. The dimensions are 900 mm in width, 715 mm in depth, and 595 mm in height. The oven can accommodate 25 baked baguettes of 250g each, using trays sized 600 x 400 mm. It operates on a 230V / MONO / 50Hz power supply with an electric consumption of 7.25 kW. A 60Hz option is also available.

Control and Operation
The ovens are equipped with electromechanical control programming, including an operating control light, a temperature selector adjustable from 70°C to 300°C, and a programmable timer up to 120 minutes with an alarm. Steam injection is managed via an automatic regulator, and the ventilation direction is automatically inverted to ensure even baking.

Design and Ergonomics
The ovens feature an interior glazed door that can be opened without tools for easy cleaning. The double glazing provides effective heat insulation. The baking chamber is made of stainless steel with specially designed corners for easy maintenance.

The QUARTZ range is designed for bakers, pastry chefs, and restaurateurs, offering even air circulation and ideal ventilation speed for delicate pastries. The ovens can house plates or meshes of 600 x 400 mm.

Thermal Insulation
The ovens are thermally insulated with 25 mm thick walls and a silicone expansion joint for excellent sealing and heat resistance. An optional stainless steel hood with a steam suction motor and air condenser is available.

Accessories
Accessories include a bracket with built-in plate holders and a hood with an air condenser. The hood operates on AC 230V - 50Hz with a power consumption of 0.25 kW.
