 Steam appliance: power and performance The steam appliance is located in the flue gases, next to the furnace to guarantee high steam production. The steam generation system is independent for each level. Steam controls are located on each side of the oven. It is possible to connect the oven to one single duct for flue gases and steam, which reduces installation costs.  Cyclotherme BX24 X14, X23 and X24 cyclotherme ovens may be implanted on three side-walls to optimise workspace in the bakery.
