Product catalog summary
Overview of Cyclothermic Deck Ovens
Pavailler's Cyclothermic range includes fixed deck recycling ovens designed for efficient baking with energy savings. The ovens are available in five models: X14, X23, X24, X33, and X34, each offering different configurations of doors and levels. They can operate using natural gas, propane, or heating oil.

Technical Specifications
The ovens feature varying numbers of doors per deck and deck numbers, with useful door widths ranging from 720 mm to 2160 mm. The baking area spans from 4.7 m² to 20.5 m², depending on the model. The ovens are equipped with a damper on the upper deck as standard, and an option for dampers on all decks. Electrical power is consistent at 3 kW across models, while thermal power ranges from 43 kW to 100 kW.

Steam Appliance and Practicality
The steam appliance is strategically located in the flue gases near the furnace to ensure high steam production, with independent steam generation for each level. The ovens can be connected to a single duct for flue gases and steam, reducing installation costs. Models X14, X23, and X24 can be installed on three side-walls to optimize workspace, with cleaning and maintenance accessible from the front.

Temperature Regulation and Quality Finishing
Cyclotherme technology ensures precise temperature control within the baking chamber. The ovens boast quality finishes, including stainless steel cladding, manually controlled steam dampers, programmable baking timers, and robust thermal insulation with rock wool. Baking tiles are made from 20 mm thick composite material, and the oven windows are 6 mm thick toughened glass.

Reactivity and Energy Efficiency
The ovens operate on a principle of transversal and continuous circulation of hot pressurized flue gases, allowing for rapid temperature rise and energy savings. The "Recycling Turbo" system enhances the speed and temperature uniformity of flue gases, improving yield and ensuring even baking.
